1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you," "Client") and Webdev Technologies Inc ("we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Webdev Technologies Incwebsite as well as any related digital marketing services provided. You agree that by accessing the Site or engaging our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

We agree to provide digital marketing services as outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Service fees, payment terms, and project timelines will be specified in the SOW. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site or our services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to use our services to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. You are responsible for ensuring all materials provided to us (e.g., product images, ad copy) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or engage our services. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the SOW. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, DENY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Webdev Technologies Inc and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
